Refund policy
Please note:
- Shipping costs are not refundable, and you must pay the return shipping on all returns.
- Returns of non-Camect products (e.g. Amcrest cameras) are subject to a 10% restocking fee
We have a 30-day return policy on products in "like new" condition. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If accepted, refunds are issued only to the card originally used to pay for the order.
To be eligible for a return, your product and original packaging must be in the same condition that you received them, free of any damage to the product or packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that are damaged, or have damaged accessories, will not be accepted for refund.
Damaged packaging may be accepted for refunds subject to a $50 packaging replacement fee. To avoid this fee on a Camect hub, all packaging pieces must be returned in good condition (brown Camect cardboard outer box, white foam padding, black Camect product box, and enclosed small box for the power supply).
To start a return, contact us at hello@camect.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For non-USA orders, we cannot issue refunds for orders that were returned to us because the recipient refused to pay duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges that became due upon the arrival of the package in your country.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
