SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed in batches and are shipped within 10 business days after receipt. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
US Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping to US destinations and your package may be shipped using an express courier if your order is being delivered to you directly from the factory. You will not be charged for courier service, but we ship only to addresses that can accept a courier package delivery. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped by courier.
All taxes (e.g. GST, VAT), import duties, and carrier service charges for customs clearance, which are incurred after your shipment reaches your country, are your responsibility. We will also not issue refunds of orders that are returned because the receipient refused to pay these charges upon delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you are unable to track your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@camect.com with your name and order number.
